Enrollment Policy
Students must complete the enrollment process and submit any required deposits or documentation before gaining access to classes, training materials, or student resources.

Payment Policy
Enrollment deposits and payments made toward programs, certifications, or training courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Students participating in payment arrangements are responsible for maintaining scheduled payments. Failure to remain current may result in temporary suspension of course access until balances are resolved.

Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to participate professionally and remain engaged throughout their training experience. Certain programs may require live Zoom meetings, hands-on participation, assignments, quizzes, or skill evaluations.

Certification Requirements
Some programs may require students to successfully complete coursework, skills check-offs, quizzes, examinations, or attendance requirements prior to receiving certificates of completion.

Technology Requirements
Students participating in online or hybrid learning must have access to a reliable internet connection and device capable of accessing course materials and Zoom sessions.

Professional Conduct
Brit’s Beauty & Health Academy maintains a professional learning environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or academic dishonesty may result in removal from programs without refund.

Scheduling & Program Changes
Brit’s Beauty & Health Academy reserves the right to adjust class schedules, meeting dates, instructors, or program timelines when necessary to support educational operations and student success.
